My name is Eric Yetter, I’m 50 and live in Southern California. While on a business trip to Hawaii, I stayed with Nami's family in Oahu where I learned the joys of juicing and eating healthy from Nami. I made it a goal while I was there to lose 15 pounds. With the help of Nami’s food planning and encouragement and Gil’s workouts, I went from 205 to 187 pounds in 6 weeks. (He did about 5 weeks of Petite-Reboot along with 1 week of reboot program.)
The main change in my diet was having salads for lunch and juiced fruits and vegetables for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how good green vegetables can taste when they’re juiced. I bought a juicer when I got home and my favorite concoction consists of broccoli, spinach, cucumber, asparagus, carrots and apple. I make a big batch of it in the morning to last me the whole day. I’m much more conscious of what I’m eating and am exercising more since my visit with Nami and Gil and am confident that I’ll continue to lose more weight. My high blood pressure is now in the normal range and my cholesterol levels have dropped significantly. Thanks Nami! (May 2012)

Nami's 3 days Reboot Report
People who have health concerns or who want to lose weight typically do the juicing reboot. What about me? Having a confident about my health and having the skinny body, do I get any benefits? Do I lose more weight? (I want to avoid losing too much weight.) How far can I go? So, I tested on my body for three days.
Result? I got clean skin right away, I felt my body was light, (as if I got wings), and more energy, and good sleep. On the other hand, I lost 4 lb in one day. I am training for marathon, and I needed more carb and protein to get going. If you are the one with skinny body and do the hard exercise regurary, I think 2-3 days of reboot is enough.
It was a great experience though. I am now back on the petite-juicing life, drinking one glass of juice a day to keep my health. (June 2012)
