Petite-Juicing
Petite-Juicing is for everyone. It means to drink a glass of fresh vegetable juice, once a day, supplementally. The Petit-Juicing will eliminate the risk of obesity, cancer, and diabetes. It is also recommended for people who just finished the Reboot Program.

Instead of focusing on "Not to eat things", focus on eating a lot more good things, such as more salad and juice. Yes, you can drink and eat a lot! (of good food.)
Do you have to go to the dinner with co-workers? Drink a beer with them? Do you want to eat brownies?
Well, OK. You can eat or drink whatever you are craving for!
if you have a dinner meeting or drinking meeting (like a lot of Japanese must go when working for a company), you can go. Just remember, you should drink vegetable juice when you come home, or you can drink juice in the next meal.
Whi hi hi hi...(in a witch like voice) After a couple of days of juicing, you will not feel like drinking a lot or eating bad food anyway, so do whatever you want to do for now....
