Exercise
It is often said that "Exercise for diet.", "Exercise to lose weight".
I think it does not work that way. If you exercise just to lose weight or to burn your fat, the exercise itself is no longer enjoyable.
Let's say you are going to do walking. The fat will start to be burned after the 20 minutes of walking. Think about it. You have to walk 20 minutes to just start burning the fat. What's more, the fat does is not drastically lost. It gradually starts to be lost. If you focus on the fat burning facts while exercising, you get disappointed and stop enjoying the workout itself.
Have you had the experience like this? After walking for 1 hour or so, you feel that you did so good that you feel like treating yourself with a cake or some junk food. Some females that I knew at the adult ballet class once told me that she put so much effort on her dancing that she always has to eat some treats after the class.
Do you see my point?
Instead of focusing on fat burning or losing weight, exercising should be just to enjoy the workout itself. Positive thinking. You already are getting some energy from the power of juicing, just focus on the blood circulation, getting more oxygen to your body, refresh your brain, and make your body fit.

However, when Winter comes, they do not walk around just like bears hibernate in the cave. Because their body is not active, their brain get the signal of "Hibernate mode", and their body starts gaining fat. Their metabolism is now slow and the body is getting ready for the starvation. If you are the person who gains fat easily, your body is in hibernation mode.
There may be many people who want to work out, but they cannot, because they are too fat to move around. It is too hard for those who carry 100 or 200 lb all the time to do some exercise. If it's the case, it is dangerous to just start the hard exercise, because you will injure yourself. Instead, you need to start drinking juice first, and get the energy, then start the light exercise.
The key is to be ACTIVE and to let your brain know that "I am not hibernating".
One more thing about metabolism.
Many people believe that I need to eat less to lose weight. This is WROOOOOOONG!
If you limit your food, your body automatically think that is is the "starvation mode", and start gaining fat. That is why many people rebound the weight gain after the diet.
If you want to lose weight, don't eat less. EAT a lot of WRF (fruits and vegetables). Make sure that WRF is 70% of your diet and make your body think that it is the active mode. I am sure you will start getting more energy and start losing weight.

Walking to your work is good. But it does not count as the "Nami's exercise", because you are not wearing the appropriate clothing. When you change the clothes, you feel like you want to work out. It is like when you wear a princess dress, you automatically stand up straight and talk elegantly. Moreover, when you wear the right workout clothes, you can move muscle throughout your body.
Another thing. Try questioning yourself "what if ~" to test your excuses disease. The key is to be creative.
Examples:
- What if it is raining? (Are you just giving up your exercising? Are you going to work out in rain? Is there a gym in your neighborhood? Is there any buildings where you can walk without getting wet?)
- What if your partner says to take care of kids? (Can you let your partner know in advance that it is your exercising time and it is your priority to keep your health? Can you and your family go out together to the park and switch to do some exercise while kids are having fun? )
- What if you feel pain in your leg? (Can you do any other exercise that you do not need to use your legs? Swimming?)
If you like more of swimming than walking, go ahead! Swimming is great for beginners to prevent the massive pressure to your joints. It also enables you to workout all parts of your body.
After you made the twice-a-week exercising as a habit, then you can increase the number of days a week. You can also add the intensity by changing to running, cycling, hiking, basketball, soccer, and whatever you like to do. Enjoy your active life your own way.
Adding weight training or cross fit workout is good to make your body fit, and yoga is good to strengthen the core muscle and stretch your body. But only doing yoga for the week is not enough to make a healthy body. You want to give a light pressure to your heart and lungs, so still doing something like walking or running that make your breath going is recommended.
