Why drinking fresh vegetable and fruit juice make such incredible results?

If you take a look at the individual meat, single servings of milk, or a slice of cheese, each food seems to be nutritious and the perfect source of proteins or calcium. But eating more of them creates cancer and heart disease.

But preparing the meal every day is a lot of work. Many of us are working all day, and we do not have time or energy to cook.
Now guess what? Here comes juicing! (ta-ta!) Juicing is the perfect way to consume a lots of fruits and vegetables. You can get vitamins, minerals, and enzymes into your body very efficiently.
Most of these goodies are normally destroyed by heat when you cook vegetables. So even though you spend a lot awful time on cooking and preparing for the family meals, those what you actually need is already gone by the time your loving family eat the food. Isn't it sad? (At least, I was a little shocked to know the fact, since I love cooking and I have been putting a lot of energy into preparing meals for my family...)
